Can I drop French this late?

I'm about infinite % possitive I'm going to fail French come August.
My Oral was a complete joke and I didn't do anything for it.

I'm absolutely terrible at French; failing my Pre in ordinary level.

I'm wondering, is there any way I can actually drop French from my LC subjects this late?

I've talked to my principal but he just kind of waved me away with the idea. (Because he's a huge a$$hat anyways).

    Any thoughts?
I don't particularly fancy having an E in ordinary French on my CV. It's not pretty.
    Nice1.

    Don't bump threads, thanks.

If you did the oral, there is already a mark in the system for you.
    You can't drop it now.

If you don't sit the exam, you will get only the mark you got in the oral, but out of the total mark for the subject. This will be F or NG.

a$$hat or not, your Principal is right.
