Trinity requires you to meet matriculation and to attain at least 80-90% of the points required for the course, so at the very least you're looking at 420 if the points remain the same this year. I can't imagine they'll go as low as 80%, though. Most of the TAP students I know got the full points, but don't let that deter you. Very best of luck with it and feel free to fire any questions this way.

I got HEAR, but I had the points anyway & I was the only one on my course to apply to HEAR. If there is one place in Radiation Therapy for a HEAR student, & A gets 520, and B gets 480, A will get the place. But put the course down irregardless. My cousin in UCC got about 480, and got a course that was 520.

Hy, I have a question ... I got an answer back saying i wasn't accepted . I've met 2 of the requirements instead of 3 . They said i completed the medical card form incorrectly . My mistake was that i wrote in the exam number instead of the CAO number ( due to a incompetent teacher ) . Is it such a big deal ? I mean what difference does it make .... its still my name recorded under that number . Is it not to harsh to reject someone just because of a number ? even though the form shows that i have a medical card... ? Is there any chance to get into it if i request a recheck ?

Best bet is to call them up and ask.
