reverse porting

does anybody have any information on how long a port reversal takes, im waiting since monday for a port reversal from vodafone who "STOLE" my number, they seem to blame meteor and meteor in turn blame vodafone for the delay. lots of apologies but means nothing when you are dealing with incompetence
