5-HTP & Anxiety

    Im 26 at the mo and I basically have anxiety for years.

    just wanted to get advice on 5-HTP, I bought a capsule from Holland & Barrett UK (on-line) several months ago but got too apprehensive about taking them due to the fact that u cant get them in Eire and a paragraph on Wikipedia about possible heart damage!

    Just watched 'Limitless' and said F-it, i mean this anxiety is some what debilitating and if 5-HTP helps to improve my life, F -it take them!
