Tyre fit HELP!!!

Hi all, For the last two hours I have been trying to put continental gatorskins(700*23's) on my bike, I just cannot get them back on. when I try and put the last 10% of the wheel on the rim it will not budge. Any suggestions/tips for when u do it?

Use Schwalbe Easy Fit mounting fluid. But I just bought this recently. If not I would put some lubricant (a little dilute Fairy liquid) on the tyre bead on the last difficult section. Make sure you have the opposite side deep in the well of the wheel if possible.

You can also compress down the tyre in sections using straps or cable ties.
Too lazy to look it up myself, but it's on the tube..
