Getting Full Licence In Dublin

    Hi guys,

    I recently passed my driving test and want to get my full licence.
    I'm from Cork but live in Dublin so I'm unfamiliar with the system up here.

    Can I walk into the Motor Tax office and get my licence there and then or do I have to post them for it? I'm really confused.

    They don't do over the counter licences in Dublin, usually takes a week or so to be posted out. I wouldn't stick my pass cert in the post.
