    If you have a facebook account and you have your account set that only Friends can see what's on your facebook, does that mean that everything you 'like' will also been seen by companies? Or is there a way to block what you 'like'. I only want my friends to see what's on my facebook.

    Companies (pages) can't see your likes even if they are public.

    An app could ask your permission to see your Likes but that would be a separate.

    Of course FB will know what you like and different ads will be served to you.
