hey guys, thinking of buying one of these but am just wondering if they are learner legal or do they need to be restricted?

and what are the cut-off power/bhp levels for learners?

    33bhp or 25kWh

believe the gt250r is ~30bhp, so shouldnt need to be restricted

Just to let you know its nearly impossable to get spair parts for that bike in most dealers in ireland you will be buying a lot of parts on line if needed
