on monday of this week, the was a problem with the electricity supply in our estate, some house had half power others had double power, the esb came out and had to dig up the pavement to fix the problem, some people including myself have items such as game consoles, radios,speakers, my internel modem power pack, etc that now do not work, where do we stand, are the esb liable to , and should they replace these items. or is it just our tough luck?thanks in advance for any replies
