Mate has just failed the NCT due to the fact that his brake pedal has no rubber cover on it! I think it only came off the other day, and he didn't think much of it (he has just bought his first car and is in his first few months of driving).

I'm assuming a breakers yard would be best for this? Or maybe a motor factors? He lives in Fairview, Dub, and is looking to get sorted asap before his holidays.

    Suggestions?

Summerhill Spares are up the Malahide Road, have always found them fairly good.

Always found summerhill expensive and you'll be standing in thete all day. Billy in Gp Autobitz, Baldoyle usually has parts in same day if ordered before lunch

Forget about breakers for this..my clutch rubber failed the NCT on the primera and it cost €8 for a new one from the main dealers.
