Sushi for beginners

    Hi,

    I'd like to have a crack at making sushi but am a complete newbie. Does anyone have any ideas on where to begin? Is there a sushi-kit to be bought etc with a staple of cupboard essentials? I did a quick search on the web and there are so many different types I'm confused. Ideally, I'd like to start with some simple sushi types - salmon, prawns and maybe a veggie one too.
