    Hello

I am moving into my own place in a few weeks and I need to sort out the internet.

I am wondering which do people find to be the best provider of internet and landline? I don't watch telly so thats one thing I don't have to worry about.

At home, it is eircom which I don't want to use.

    Thanks

In order of how good they are:

    1) UPC Cable Broadband (widely available in urban areas)
    2) Eircom/Magnet Fibre to Home (very little availability at the moment)
    3) Any DSL provider (all much of a muchness, most important thing to check is the usage cap if you're a big Netflix etc user)
    4) Digiweb Metro, Nova Networks etc etc (top tier FWA providers)
    5) Other FWAs (with slower speeds)
    6) 3G & WiMax services.
