How do you get a replacement student ID? Just go into the student union? Just after losing my wallet with all my cards and ID, and I have an exam tomorrow morning.

The Students' Union DO NOT issue Student ID Cards only Travel Cards.
You would need to go up to SAA in the morning, they are open from
    8.30 - 12.30 and 2.30 - 4.30 for the exam weeks afaik!

Good luck with the exam! :)

Ah ok, cheers. I presume I won't need ID or anything right? Everything I had was in that wallet

Bring your passport, just in case. If you know your ID number, though, then there shouldn't be a problem.

You don't need your passport. You just need to know your own name and student number, you will be verified based on your face matching the computer systems record.

Nope, I heard that one or two got in with the old, but there is tons more being turned away, and there is always the risk that you won't get back in time for the beginning of the exam and it could waste valuable time.. :( I would just get a new card to be safe! On the upside, they are apparently printing the expiration as 2017...? :D

And bring money. What is it now, a tenner for a replacement for a lost card?
