Video wont auto play in Powerpoint 2010

Hi all I trying to make a slide show which includes a video, I can add it and it works fine if I click on it plays, but I want it to play auto once the slide load, I selected to start auto under the playback tab, but it still requires me to click on the image onscreen to start the playback. Does anyone know where im going…

Hi all

I trying to make a slide show which includes a video, I can add it and it works fine if I click on it plays, but I want it to play auto once the slide load, I selected to start auto under the playback tab, but it still requires me to click on the image onscreen to start the playback.

Does anyone know where im going wrong the video is in MP4 format and it plays fine once clicked.
