what time do shops open untill in dublin on thursday

probably a stupid question but are all the shops in city open late on thursday? such as jervis centre,ilac,stephens green shopping centre and main retail ones, i know the actual shopping centres open untill 8 or 9 but do all the shops aswel? just wondering because not off work until 5! thanks
