Click on Wrench Icon > Addons, Extensions or Plugins (not sure) and look for plugins for Adobe Flash Player, make sure it's enabled

That's strange. Chrome comes with Adobe Flash built in so there should have been no need to install it alongside it.

Did you run a malware/virus scan on the computer?

Try reloading the page a few times, does the missing plugin disappear?

I have the same problem on lion with chrome 18.

    What version are you running?
Download the latest beta v19 and that should fix the problem

    Strange ,try going to
    chrome://plugins/
Find the "Flash" (Shockwave Flash) plugin.
    Click the "Disable" link.
Open the Google Chrome Task Manager.
Find and select the "Plug-in: Shockwave Flash" in the Google Chrome Task Manager.
Click "End process" button in the Google Chrome Task Manager.
Close the Google Chrome Task Manager.
Click the "Enable" link of the "Flash" plugin in the plug in page.
Refresh the URL you used to view the flash video.
Do you see the video now.
