Hi, I was approved for jobseekers benefit from 11th April and was told a cheque will be issued on 20th April. Nothing has arrived yet, should I go into the social welfare office or is this the normal waiting time?

I was approved for jobseekers benefit from 11th April and was told a cheque will be issued on 20th April. Nothing has arrived yet, should I go into the social welfare office or is this the normal waiting time?

If you were told that a cheque would issue on 20th April and you have not received it yet then you should call into sw office.
