    I am doing a project on what makes a beauty/hair salon great and am seeking some feedback.
    Questions to consider:
    How do you decide on a particular beauty salon and why?
    What is the most important feature?
    How important is price?
    How important is location?
    What would make you want to return?
    What makes a good beauty therapist a great beauty therapist?
    Are there any extra service offerings that are important to you?
    What factors are important to you in a beautician?
    Do you hate having the same conversations e.g. holidays?
    What about the decor, music etc?
