I have made a few orders over the last six months with focalprice.com as I thought their prices were really good. But, of the 5 orders I have made, One tuck three months to arrive, one just didn’t arrive and is being resent as we I write this. I’m still waiting for another order that I made over a month ago and items I originally bought (MP3 speakers, a crea flashlight and a watch) have just stopped working. Out of all the orders I made, only one arrived in good time and was worth it (new IPod battery for my IPod classic that had died)
Has anyone else had this issue with focalprice.com? I really don’t think I will use them again.

Cheap crap from a cheap Chinese site is never going to be good, reliable, or worth it in the long run. Delivery is slow because they chose the cheapest possible service (often surface mail) in order to keep with their free delivery advertisement.

As a consumer you have virtually no comeback on any of this because they are outside the EU and do not operate under our laws. For non-delivered items, you may be able to claim a credit card charge back, if you paid by credit card and only if you are in the window of time that your bank allows for charge backs.

Ah no, they were OK about re sending the items. But I will not use them again. I did get a few things that were good, like my IPod battery two flashlights that are fantastic. they seem to also take up complaints and are happy to refund. But at the end of the day it just hastle

You are better off sticking to buying stuff where quality is not so much of an issue, or where you only want 1 or 2 uses. Its cheap tat on these sites, I wouldn't expect electronics to last long.

I got a steel ruler thinking "sure what can go wrong with that", and got a cut on its razor sharp unsanded edge!

Have you approached them about it? I'm not saying they will do anything about it but you may as well give them the opportunity to do something. They definitively aren't going to help if you don't tell them!

I dont mean to sound condescending, but i presume its more than batteries thats gone in them?

is this site legit at all? I placed an order with them around December, never got it, sent a few emails explaining that I never received my order, never got any replies.

Shall be the last time I use them again.

No, it is a real site. I would suggest you log into your focalprice account and you should be able to make a complaint about your order. I'v never had any issue with refunds. Its just how long it takes getting to me or if like you, i get there in the first place.

Good news, I received my order today. It was an order I made way before christmas and I complained that I did not receive it and they sent the order out again. I bougt some micro torches (just like the mag AAA battery tourch that sells for around €15 or so) he tourches cost €3.75 and are 2 or 3 times brighter than my trusty mag tourch. The quality is pritty good and should last a life time.
