How do I pay them, how long do I have to pay them, and what happens if I just ignore them?

As far as I know their is no limit to how long you have to pay them, I don't think they go up but if you do not pay them you cannot graduate!!!

I think if they go over 20e or something you won't be able to take out books

No worries then, I'm in first year.

I owe €20.... but it's almost summer, I'm not going to need to take anything else out. So I'll just leave it til next year then. I'm 90% sure that makes economic sense.

I already returned the book, so unless they charge you more for not paying your fines in a while, I don't think so?

Law abiding UL citizens, that sounds like somewhat of an oxymoron :P
