Hi - my wife has a 06 BMW 320i - came out of the house this morning to find both drivers side front & rear windows wound down completely. I closed them up but they have wound themselves down completlely again.

I assume this is an electrical issue - has anyone come across this before??

Yea it's a faulty door lock module common enough fault being honest and not to expensive to fix

Or this could also be down to the comfort closing/opening being activated accidentally by someone pressing the unlock button on the key continuously without realising it, e.g. someone had the key in their pocket & the unlock button was pressed in their pocket unknowingly.

Sounds like your window regulator is broken.

It depends on how handy you are tbh, most of the door has to be stripped, fitting the reg can be fiddly and after fitting the window needs to be properly aligned.
