    Hi folks,

Just wondering if people know what companies can provide landlord's insurance? Or would have any recommendations of some that are good? I have the house I rent to tenants insured as a normal residence at the minute but the renewal is up now in June and I want to upgrade it to landlord's insurance.

I know some insurance companies don't offer loandlord insurance cover so I was wondering if anyone on here could recommend some that do?

Dont they all proivide it? I switched mine mid-year from resident to landlord when I rented out my house. Paid about €50 additional premium for the 6 months.

I thought some didn't. I got a quote before and it doubled the premium from 400 or so to near 900.

AXA provide mine. Although it's contents only as we've block insurance for the apt. Last year 25,000 cost 150euro. I know 123.ie also provide insurance but their contents insurance was almost 200euro last year

was always with Ulster bank insurance, but they pulled out and passed their book to Aviva. Premium went up substantially, so Allianz quoted €347 for €200K B and €20K C.
