    Hi all
I have to take two weeks off work in July and need to book a holiday!
I have found a two week tour of Peru I want to do and then checked the flights on sky scanner to match the start and finish dates of tour. But the flights are coming back at €1,500 return for just me.
Does anyone know how/where I could get cheaper flights or is that it? :(
    Thanks

    A smug post.

At this time of year, OP, you might be paying that, yes. For me, I think it ended up €800 to fly Dublin-Buenos Aires via Paris and home Lima-Dublin via Amsterdam.

That was last May/June, booked two months in advance.

I would investigate alternate routes. We went through Trailfinders for that one. Worked out well, I thought.

I booked through trailfinders and fly with Iberia (Dublin-Madrid-Lima....and back Rio De J -Madrid-Dublin, approx 900 euro, in July, but booked in Feb)....the actual flight over was with Lan Peru and I though they were excellent (far superior to Iberia on the way back)...I think you are probably booking far too late to get much cheaper flights though OP...I did a 2 week tour of Peru too and loved it !!! Wish I was going again !!

Last year I did KLM Dublin-Amsterdam-Lima. Okay service and price was good. Shame they don't do premium econ.
