Hi, I'm self-employed and VAT registered. I hadn't thought about it before but are parking fees subject to VAT? I had a look around and there are a few conflicting answers. If so, what rate is it at? Thanks.

Hi

On street car parking is not vatable.

Off street car parking is vatable 23%.

Parking fines are not vatable or deductable.
