    Im looking for a new laptop, need it for social networking, the odd college assignment, skype a must and budget is 500-600, thanks guys

    hadnt really thought of a tablet, what could i get for that price. Would laptop not be better for skype?

    It wouldn't be skype i'd be worried about, it would be having to write up a college assignment on it! There is no way I would write anything longer than a boards post on my HP tablet.

    It's a laptop you need imo.
