well it was a misjudgement on her part and the person who was behind the ULSU profile who said they only deal with normal students but not this again. Let it down facebook comment are no reason to try to get her to leave. On aside though will she and paddy be getting paid for the handover weeks?

Nope cause we are handing over to no-one essentially all I had to do was a campaign brief and a detailed booklet for campaigns that will be taken by student council.

I go directly into my handover with Aoifs on the 5th

You're right, typical Kelly blowing things out of proportion again. She should have just accepted the fact that she made a mistake by diverting traffic away from anfocal.ie and sending it to her sh1tty blog. Problem would have been solved and this wouldnt have gotten so out of hand.

Tbh I'm not surprised. I overheard another SU officer calling a student a 'spastic' but in fairness, I don't think she knew what it meant and wasn't aware of its connotations for people with cerebral palsy. But extremely unprofessional. The only reason why I didn't report her was because it happened off campus.

Don't get me wrong, I agree that it shouldn't have been posted twice in the same place - which I have explained to Kelly in terms of Google's ranking mechanism (although I couldn't care what's linked to on the SU FB page).

The reason I said "grow up" is because of all the hatred towards anything SU/Kelly related. After seeing this thread you immediately called her blog "sh1tty", just because of that one post.

I'm also of the belief that most of the SU representitives in the country have their CV in the back of their heads when they're running for election. So you can't exactly blame her for trying to boost her employability.

Also, I have a few ideas as to why the UO website won at the Smedias, most of which will hopefully be implemented on the An Focal site within the next few months.

Err, the award he was nominated for was Web Designer of the Year. I doubt the judges considered the behaviour of third parties when deciding how good the design of a website Kieran put together.
