    Hi all
Is there any way to get rid of the date stamp on photos if you have chosen this option on the camera and then download them and want to get rid of it?
    Thanks

Not easily, if you have some form of image editing software such as elements, lightroom, photoshop etc. then you could work on them and clone out the date/time stamp. You're better off just turning off the feature on the camera.

One feature of a camera I've never understood.... Why would anyone want a big ugly date stamp across their photos?

mainly used for legal purposes, our backward legal profession don't seem to understand EXIF data and so insist on date stamps
