Severe Family Discord- Need To Leave Home

    Hi folks. I am the subject of a safety order, the subject of an interim barring order and have also been charged with two breaches of the safety order.

    Basically, my father and sister want me off the property, my mother does not, because she knows what goes on and will be on her own if I am forced out.

    In any event, I need to find somewhere new to live, because I never want to live there again {but I do want to call back in from time to time to find out what is going on and see if my mother is OK}

    I tried to enter into negotiations with a local business man on the understanding that he would rent me a property AND that he would give me enough work to at least pay the rent.

    Of course, he is now trying to get me to sign a 1 year lease with no guarantee of work at all, save for 1 or 2 days.

    Is there anything i can do? I am coming to the end of my Back to Work Scheme, I have a lot of stuff I am trying to sell off, but it is all at my parents home, which I am not allowed go anywhere near at the moment.

    I would be grateful for any advice, especially about getting my rent paid.

    Cheers.

    Self employed people are now able to claim a benefit payment once you can provide proof of your low earnings.

    Thanks.

    OP - Would you be able to ask the Gards if they'll accompany you while you get your stuff? Or would your parents allow someone else (again with the Gards) in to get it?

    My mother has no problem with me being on the premises at all. She doesn't want me barred at all and she also knows that my father is the real brute. She will be in Court with me tomorrow for the barring-order hearing. But me and her are in agreement that I should move out, for my own sake, and I have agreed to do this.

    In the meantime, it turns out that the Police Sergeant made the original request that I be denied bail. He did it after my father called in and offered up some crock of crap about how I had put him in fear of my life.

    The thing about that is that my brother witnessed the whole thing and will testify on my behalf.
