floor cleaner / polisher / buffer machine

can anyone recommend a domestic floor cleaner / polisher / buffer machine for laminate wood and tiled (polished porcelain) floors. have seen a karcher and hoover but they look a little light weight. Mop and bucket of water takes too long and then the floor still needs to be dried. And yes, I am a lazyble locks.
