    Pure gent of a man
Super sharp blade , this knife is just perfection.

great looking knife and his prices are hard to believe for the work and quality. If they stay that low id imagine everyone will have one on their belt.
I'll be adding that to my wish list.

Just want to ad that I also picked up a knife from John and it is absolutely stunning.I also got a look at a few more models that he has in the pipeline and they are unreal. John is very easy to deal with and extremely helpful and I look foward to getting a few more off him in the future.

Nice job! What kind of length is the blade?

I like the damascus bolsters and the Ox handle on the last one! Some very accomplished filework there too.

What kind of steel is it made of, if you know?

    Any sheath with it?

    Well wear lad!

thank for all the positive comments.
and thanks to those who got a knife from me it was great to meet you and talk
have been asked if i am still making this knife.
    answer is No im afraid.
i will be making it again but will have a slight change to the choile
and also will come with a nickel bolster as standard.
damascus bolster with hidden pins will be a little extra but not to much.
was also asked about future designs i might have.
am working on one that i hope to do a small run on its not yet right as needs a few tweaks especially to the bolster (needs to be smaller)
and some work on the handle as it dosent feel right yet but i am getting there.
anyway hear are a few pics of it in its current incarnation but hope to improve on it when i have the drive to tackel it again.
again thanks for all the comments.

    woodlore hunter cross.
    experimental knife design.
    blade D2 steal blade 4 6/8 ths handle 4 2/8 ths
blade 5 to 6 mm thick and 1 2/8ths at widest point

Nice blade shape, how do you find D2 to work with?

start with ten million, and stay going 'til it's gone"

must say i am really liking the D2 steal i think it is possibly the best
    ALL ROUND
knife steal has excellent edge and holding quite corrosion resistant
yeah real good steal. easy to work with no problems with warping.

if i wish to make money from knives im going to have to start doing more overtime
    at work
