Crèche in Dublin city centre

    Hi all
    Was looking for some info on creches in the Dublin city, Dublin 1/2 areas? My son is 10 months old as I'm starting a volunteer position in the next 2 weeks so although dad could look after him some of the time I would actually like him to go to the creche some of the time so he can socialise with other children and adults alike as he doesn't really have that at the moment. Iv heard some good things about a creche down near sheriff st and also some of the cocoon child care centres. I don't really have many people to ask so would appreciate any advice,suggestions or input...Anythin really. And also for out of creche hours where is the best place to go to look for qualified childminders ? Thankyou

    cocoon were running an ad on groupon a few days ago for money off childcare see link below. <snip> Giraffe have 2 places down in the ifsc and there is another creche slightly away from Dublin 2 up on Barrow st beside the google offices

    We're also considering the Giraffe creches at IFSC and NCI. Anyone have any experience of these?
