hi all, we recently did a large renovation project. I feel the house is drafty & want to get an air tightness test done. Can anyone recommend someone?how much will it cost? we live in a 4 bed semi, approx ,2000 sq feet with attic converted. We are in d13.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We have a house similar to the above in South Dublin and want an air tightness test done due to several draughts. Can you please recommend a good person to do this and how much it costs?

..there are other people that can do it though, depends on the purpose of your test result.

We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

possibly, however if at any stage the result is to be used in a DEAPassessment... only those on the list can produce a result that can be considered valid for input.

so either to show compliance with regs or in a BER assessment

and id suggest both those reasons would be in the vast majority
