    I did,

NCT said that they didn't give out the numbers and to phone revenue,
revenue had no up to date info...

and I was really nice and polite.

The year plate will be something above 79C40001.

Why are the numbers so high?

    Since when did that happen?

You used to be able to reserve a number for €250 - think it is up to €1K now.
Is it still possible with the new system to pay to get a low number that wasnt already used?
