What are my entitlements?

Hi guys,
Im looking for a bit of help. I dont really know how any of these entitlements work. I work in a primary school 5 hours a week at the moment and in a pre school as a p.a. In the summer I wont have these hours and will not be paid over the holidays for the pre school hours. I will still be paid for the primary school hours (5 hours). I'm just wondering if I'd be entitled to claim any money and how do I go about it if I am. Sorry if it seems like a stupid question but I really have no idea!

How many days a week do you currently work? When did you start working?

Right now I work 5 days a week and have been working for the last 7 years. I've never claimed money before so I was thinking I might be entitled to. Thanks.
