My mother has multiroom and I noticed that when you go to select UTV you have to enter your pin no? Is there a way of turning this off or some short of shortcut that will bypass this? It's confusing enough as it is!

Im not sure of the sequence but you need to press the services button and then either tools OR setup and locate "parental control" or similar wording. You should then be able to disable the PIN request feature.

However I have read on this forum previously that some people couldnt get it sorted that way and a quick phone call to Sky will get it sorted. Try the card trick to get ITV on the EPG. You wont get UTV unless you get a UTV region card.

Thanks, I'll try the parental control thing when I get home. If it doesn't work, I'll give them a ring! I won't even contemplate the 'card trick', bad enough finding my way around the channels I have!
