Cheap 5-7" capacitive tablet?

    I'm looking for a tablet.
    5-7" capacitive screen
    Android 2.3+
    8gb if poss
    USB
    Hdmi if poss
    SD/micro SD slot
    GPS
    Wifi not needed!!
    I'm doing a car pc idea and wanna see If I can use a cheap Chinese tab as my touchscreen head unit, video screen and gps.

    Any ideas?
    An old Archos 7 Internet tab maybe?

    8Gb and extendable with SD Card
    USB
    Can't see anythinh about HDMI
    SD slot
    Can't see anything about GPS
    Has Wifi even though you don't need it
