TERA: Long freezes and low FPS

Hi. I have had this issue since beta. Sometimes it freezes up to 8-12 seconds, sometimes it feels like FPS is very low. It happens anywhere, in Velika, while flying or even questing. Although there is an increase in that lag when in Velika or flying. It feels more like my pc isn't loading things fast enough.
Also I first started on US servers ( I am EU, Ireland) I had exact same problem, I think that proves it's not my internet connection.

    These are my specs:
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
    • Intel Core i5-2500k @ 3.30GHz
    • 4g Ram DDR3
    • Windows 7

    What have been ruled out:
    • Heat - cpu and gfx card did not raise above 60
    • Viruses - fully scanned computer twice
    • Cores - all cores are running for the game (affinity) and priority (through task manager) is high.
    • Drivers - all old drivers have been uninstalled and new ones have been properly installed.
    • Ram test - no errors detected
    • Increased virtual ram - did not help
    • Internet connection - I had same problem on Eu and US servers. Playing from EU, Ireland.

Looks like it's your internet connection:p

Seriously, you ruled out everything else, happening in US and EU doesn't rule it out.

En Masse have a diagnostic Tool to help solve problems like yours.

    Here.

    I've never used it.

DIag said my ram is little bit slow. Slightly under recommended settings. Gonna try clock my ram at higher speed.

What speed is yours? What's the recommended? Site just says 2GB.

    Runs at 1.6
    Doesn't say. Minimum 2, recommended 4. That's it. source
