Question on Widows Pension/Sole trader

    Hi,

    I want to buy a .ie domain name but I am on the social welfare JSA for last 3 months.

    The .ie will not be for commercial use but it doesn't have anything to do with my personal name.

    I want to register the domain name in my mothers name and for her to set up as a sole trader (as this has to be done for the .ie) She doesn't mind as there will be no money coming in, Ill just be doing this for the .ie.

    She is working in fulltime employment earning I'd say around €26000 pa and gets a widow pension of €10000 pa.

    The only thing I am worrying about is that they can cut off her widows pension.

    Does this effect this if she is not making any money through it the domain? Also how long does it take to register as a sole trader? i plan to register via cro.ie tomorrow if i can get some answers :D
