One of my favourites, and it always seems to be one that doesn;t get mentioned much, is Basil the Great Mouse Detective. Its basically Sherlock Holmes with a cast of mice and rats and its bloody hilarious. Has Vincent Price as the voice of the villain Rattigan too.

Would recommend The Sword & the Stone, its about the young King Arthur and all that, really enjoyable film. Robin Hood is great too!

Cinderella, watch it through first then watch it in reverse and it becomes a story about a woman learning her place.:pac:

Seriously though I like some of the less popular ones.

    The Black Cauldron
    Robin Hood
    Oliver and Company
    The Hunchback of Notre Dame

And Some of the popular ones you haven't mentioned would be
    Pinnochio
    Aladin
    Tangled.

Yea they are, but Pixar is owned by Disney. I wouldn't really consider disney animated movies either though. no singing for a start.

Mulan is pretty decent. Even Eddie Murphy as the dragon gets a few laughs!

    The best
    Beauty and the Beast
    The Little Mermaid
    Aladdin
    The Lion King

    Very, very good
    Mulan
    Princess and the Frog
    Tarzan
    Tangled

If we're including Disney Pixar then Monsters Inc is excellent and A Bug's Life is great. Up, however, is way overrated and I don't really recommend it.

This is hard though as I pretty much love almost all of them.

Think I have close to 50 Disney DVDs and they do get an outing quite regularly :o
