Is it worth spending the extra money on a 325d coupe than the 320d coupe? Is it worth it? 2010 models I'd be looking at.

If you are considering a 325d then you might as well consider the 330d also. The 325d and 330d use the same 3.0 litre engine except the 330d is more powerful. 320d is a fine engine but isn't in the same league as the 6 cylinder diesels.

There's not much in the difference between them on paper. But I'd imagine the 325d is a very different car being a straight six.

I'd have the 320d and remap if for the extra power.

Then why not consider the 335d???

Because consumption absolutely nosedives compared to the 330d.

The 335d is in a higher tax band than the 330d as well. At that stage you might as well get the petrol to be honest (although that is dearer again for that kind of thing, but still it's got a six pot petrol).

So to the OP if you're thinking of the 320d, you might as well for for the 335i...

    :pac:

Having driven both on a short drive there is a big difference in feel to them if you know what I mean. You could remap a 320 to near 325 power but there is still a big difference.
Mind you, if you want a bit of power and very good economy an 320 is hard to beat.
I know this does not really help but hey!

As stated everything on the chassis is identical apart from the engine is the straight 6 it is a lot stronger and nicer drive then the 4 cylinder so totally from a mechanical side of things I'd go with the 325 as you won't regret it super car and a lovely drive.best of look nice position to be in to be able to have that choice ENJOY
