No Hot water

    Went to have a bath tonight, but alas turned on Hot water tap and nothing has flowed...any ideas, has the tap siezed or have i a bigger problem..cold water tap no problem...

    any water in the attic tank
    are all hot water taps not working
    are you on a well supply(check pump)

    It might be worth to move on, similar accomodation is for cheap nowadays.

    all other taps are working fine...Have not gone up to the attic to check the tank..
