Hi all

I live in a small estate of 10 houses each on c.75 acre, and all the houses look more or less the same externally. Currently I have wood frame (teak I think) windows and am looking to replace with PVC. My question is - if I replace them with wood-look pvc and keep the style more or less the same would there be any issue regarding planning etc. Is there any obligation on me to replace wood frame with wood frame again?
