I am looking at replacing a set of alloys on Ms Aido Grand Scenic, There are alloys on the car at the moment with tyre size 205/60 R16 I have spotted a set with in better condition off a megane with good tyres fitted with tyre size 205/55 16 Can these alloys and tyres be used to…

Hope the motor boardsies can help me here..

I am looking at replacing a set of alloys on Ms Aido Grand Scenic,

There are alloys on the car at the moment with tyre size 205/60 R16
I have spotted a set with in better condition off a megane with good tyres fitted with tyre size 205/55 16

Can these alloys and tyres be used to replace the current ones on the car, and will it have any effect on handeling.
