    I have a problem.

I am a graduate in science and I want a science position in a scientific establishment but most of these places are very south or ireland. Im very north.

I never apply to these places down south as the starting up costs are high.
    Getting a new place.
    Rent, deposit moving in fees.
    Transport
money for food and bills in general for the first month
Its very difficult to do all of this.

Is there a system that the government haswhich you can just get(Borrow) extra money that you can meet the costs. Then when you get paid you can just pay it back bit by bit??

When I moved from Galway to dublin I took out my first credit card and lived off it until I got my first pay check. I was able to pay rent and the deposit on savings though a loan with a bank or credit union might be your best bet though if you have no savings.

For the better companies there is often a relocation or signing on bonus, Also a bank should be in the mood for a short term loan if you have an offer letter.

There is no Government ' loan ' scheme in operation.
