3 point seatbelt in 3 series

    Hi folks sorry if this is the wrong section. When travelling I have 3 kids in the back seat but the middle belt is only a lap belt , not even sure how safe these are ? would like to have a proper 3 point belt fitted , is this possible ? expensive? anyone know where I can get it done ? It's a 3 series bmw , thanks in advance for any help .

    Hi I work on bmws all the time and firstly is your 3 series a coupe.secondly to the best of my knowledge all BMW rear seats are like that in fact I think most brands are all the same but if u have coupe I think you might find that it only says 4 seats in the car on your log book as far a fitting a 3 point belt this isn't possible as there is no point in which you could connect the belt to

    Nope but I'm pritty sure the only seatbelt is the over lap type and there is no strong point to fit a 3 point belt to
