    Referring to them is one thing, quoting them publicly is another. I don't immediately see them in that thread but there's a good few pages. Have you links to the specific posts?

    My PM's to a mod were discussed with a non mod and thats not an issue?

    Also an issue involving me, boards and the Gardaí has been referred to and that isn't an issue either?

    Merely referring to PMs in not a breach of the rules. After all, the sending of abusive PMs (for instance) is often quoted publicly as a reason for sitebans for example.

    Discussion of an issue involving the Gardaí is also not automatically a breach. If the issue the being referred to is still the matter of judicial process, then it's different and we need to remove under the risk of contempt of court.

    I take this is in reference to the Feedback forum thread? No PMs were posted there, they were referred to. Things got hot-headed, things were said, but technically no rules were broken.
