Chinese Multi Entry Visa

    Hi

Can anyone tell me if they have been able to get a multi entry tourist visa for China? I'm travelling to Vietnam this summer with 2 long layovers in Guangzhou. I'm planning on getting the train to Hong Kong for the day on the outbound leg (15 hour stopover).

On my return leg through Guangzhou (10 hours) I want to be able to leave the airport to head into Guangzhou for a few hours. I figure I need a multi entry visa as will technically be entering China 3 times.

Does anyone know if the Chinese embassy in Dublin is currently issuing multi entry visas as I have read conflicting reports online. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Thanks

Would have got one over a year ago.

Trail finders organised it for me as I am in the country and the passport had to be delivered and collected from the embassy in Dublin.

Perhaps contact trail finders or check their site.

If my visa experience is anything to go by, they won't give you a multi entry unless you've been to China before.

When I tried apply for a 12 month multi entry business visa they would only give me a 6 month dual entry visa.
