Started getting this the other day, and it's wrecking my head.

Every time I try to burn a disc (DVD+R), I get the error "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once" and saying that it's an illegal disc. I've always used the ones I've been trying with. I've tried to burn with Nero BackItUp & Burn Essentials (Which came with the laptop, a Toshiba Satellite C66OD) and Burn4Free. I'm running Windows 7 64bit, drive is a TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633F SATA. Any other info needed, let me know, this is really annoying me, now.

    Thanks, people.

Have you tried different media? Also look for a firmware upgrade for your drive, some drives do not like particular discs even with the latest firmware. What discs are you using?

had that error last year "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once", i got the fix on another site, a re-installation of Nero solved it for me, apparently some.dll file was missing.

I'm using Tesco disks, DVD+R, same ones I always get that always worked before. I can't find a download for the driver or anything (Current installed is 6.1.7600.16385).

Try burning with CD Burner XP and see if it helps, if not it can happen that you got a bad batch of discs

Stupid question, possibly, but is it possible to reinstall it if I don't have the disk? The program came already installed on the laptop.

Yoyo, I doubt it's the batch, I've used about a third of them already and had no problems until now.

Have you tried another burning program like CD burner XP or ImgBurn? As mentioned above its possible the Nero installation became corrupted somehow if other solutions work ok, or the burner is failing

So, just installed CDBurnerXP, and it's telling me I have no compatible drives. I can see the drive, so can Nero and Burn4Free. Took a look in the device information and it can see the virtual drive I have set up. Is my drive banjaxed altogether?

CDBurnerXP can have issues with some drives, try Imgburn and see if it detects the drive and works ok

You need the installation disk, however Nero do have a free burning software, that might suit you:

ImgBurn seems to have done the trick. Thanks a bunch for the help, guys, I was tearing my hair out. Hopefully it stays working!
