Only partial recording on UPC Cisco Dvr hd box

    Just got the Dvr box a week and when I played back a recording of wall street sequel movie , only 19 mins were recorded :-/. Does this crack happen often?? Will see how things develop as I record other things!!!

    They managed to remove the dual recording ability from their box a while ago. If another higher priority recording is scheduled for the same time or there's a repeat of what you're recording it'll stop it and change to the other recording.

    how did you get on? I got the new HD for free but its updated 3 times in the middle of watching TV. Has Anyone had this happen?

    Also you can go in to the menu and change it so the recording begins and ends 2, 5, 10 15 minutes before and after the show
