    Hi all

I bought a box if 48 Cadbury Creme Eggs today for €9 off my friend and they were out of date since July 2011, would you eat them? I ate one and all was normal except fondant was less goo-ey than per usual

They're 'best before'... not 'use by'.

You'll be fine but at 18c each for out-of-date Creme Eggs, you were ripped off.

I wouldn't eat those sickly blobs of "stuff" if they were in date.

€2 shops were doing them 10 for €2 a few times when they were near or just out of date.

I'd have no problem eating them, in 1 sitting...:pac:
